 Ichiro (Okkady) Okajima, M.A., Certified Tele’Drama Practitioner (CTP – Level 2). Ichiro Okajima, known by most as Okkady, is the chair of the department of Psychology for Nishikyushu University, Japan. He first experienced psychodrama when he was a freshman at the university, and was attracted by the mental enrichment and camaraderie that psychodrama brings. As a result, he researched warm-ups of psychodrama at graduate school and earned a master's degree in educational psychology. Okkady joined the TELE'DRAMA team in search of a new method of psychodrama in response to COVID-19. He showed a method called "Treasure's Message" and some Japanese culture at the 2021 TELE'DRAMA Conference. The 14-hour time difference is a challenge for him, but he is once again experiencing the warmth of people and personal growth.

Mina discovered Psychodrama while searching for the best self-development approach. Very soon she realised it could be her professional future choice. Mina Lazetic was born in Belgrade, Serbia, where she completed her primary and secondary school education. Genuine interest in people, research and travel influenced her choice of faculty.
